Do you cover my area?

We offer a free collection and delivery ironing and dry cleaning service in Stanmore, Harrow, Pinner, Northwood, Rickmansworth, Watford and Bushey. Our branch in Hillingdon  also covers a wide circle. For more information please contact us.

Can I send just my weekly shirts?

Yes you can, our shirt service has a minimum charge of £40.00 or £36.60 (regulars) which allows up to 20 adult items but if you wish to send fewer you can, or if you are local to the shop there is no minimum charge applied if you call in.

Is there a minimum charge for dry cleaning collection and delivery service?

Yes if we are collecting and delivering dry cleaning the minimum £40.00/£36.60 applies.

Can I send a mix of ironing and dry cleaning?

Yes you can as long as there are sufficient items to warrant the £40.00/£36.60 minimum charge.  You can send a mix of ironing, drycleaning and laundry.

Can I specify a time for you to call?

We cover every area several times a week, with a free collection and delivery service and you can pick which slots are best for you. Choices are evenings 5.30pm-9pm or mornings from 7am.

What are your turnaround times?

We generally ask for a 24 hour ironing and drycleaning turnaround time or 48 hours for laundered items. On occasion we may quote 48 hours, during busy times.

Do you provide laundry bags?

If you book as a regular weekly or fortnightly customer you are given 1 free laundry bag or if you wish you may purchase one.

How do you return the items.?

We automatically hang shirts, dresses, skirts, jackets, cardigans and trousers and fold t shirts, bedding etc. If you wish for items to be returned folded or hung you can request this with no extra charge.

Can I return the hangers and plastic covers?

Yes please, we actively encourage their return. Plastic covers are only useful if they remain in tact and for re-use to you only.

Do you charge extra for hangers?

No they come within the price but we very much hope you will return them.

Are you insured for loss and damage?

Yes we have insurance to cover loss and damage. Smaller value claims would be dealt with without insurance at a current value estimation. We are pleased to reassure you that this happens less than once a year! In the event of fire or burglary there is a maximum payout of £40 per garment. Conditions regarding proof of ownership would apply.

What happens if I am not home when my ironing delivery or collection is made?

You do not necessarily need to be home if there is somewhere safe for us to collect and deliver by pre-arrangement. If you do not advise us of your absence then a £5.00 wasted driver call is applied. We actively encourage you to let us know of any changes to your schedule, to avoid this.

What other services do you provide?

We offer ironing, dry cleaning, laundry and alterations services.

How do we pay for the ironing and dry cleaning?

We accept cash/cheque or card payments at the door, or you may pre-pay over the phone.

Are there any items that you do not iron?

Some rare items are not iron-able, there is nothing we refuse to iron that the care instructions allow.

Can I call you to arrange a one off collection of ironing?

Yes you can, we are happy to help out when you need us to.

Are there any discounts of regular customers?

Yes, if you book a weekly or fortnightly collection the price is £36.60 instead of £40.00 for up to 20 adult items or equivalent.

Do you offer discount for bulk collections and deliveries?

No, the cheapest ways are either to book a regular collection or bring your ironing to the shop premises yourself.
