Laundry & Alterations Northwood
We now offer a laundry service to accompany the ironing and dry cleaning. Whether you need help with extra washing you find yourself with or a regular service, we are here to help.
We can offer both a wash, dry and fold service, which is £11.00 for an 8kg machine load. Or if you want the full wash, dry and iron service, this is priced at £3.10 per individual item. You may even wish to mix both, perhaps if you have items like towels that just need to be washed, dried and folded but also shirts or bedding that you would like ironed. Mixed loads will need to be priced according what is actually included in your bag.
We ask for a minimum of 48 hours where there is washing and drying included in your load.
As always, we are completely flexible and you may wish to include a number of different requirements within your bag. ie, dry cleaning, ironing and washing. Where you are including washing, we would deliver all items in the same delivery, thus meaning a minimum turn around of 48 hours.
Alterations
We undertake all types of alterations, which take a few days. We use a specialist tailor for such requests and can call you with a price for repair costs before going ahead, if you wish.
Basic alterations are priced according to the price list in our pricing section. However, many repairs and alterations are not standardly priced, therefore, individual pricing will apply.
We will answer any queries you may have as swiftly as possible. If you want to include straight forward items eg, take up trousers please indicate how much you want them taken up or pin where you wish the amendments to be made.
Again, we would look to deliver all your items together, to save on extra delivery costs.
